It all began with a class…

My journey began almost ten years ago with Heather Huck. She started a small class to help keep our group active and moving. This was my first introduction to Yoga. I remember wondering, “How long are we going to lay here on the floor after this stretching!”

So many things happened with these first classes. I started to realize the power of breath, and what my body was capable of in each class.

I was hooked. Eventually, I found a desire to bring the practice, that I grew to love, to others.

Rising Sun Yoga and Wellness Center is about building a community of wellness. We offer many classes through a group of certified instructors. This allows everyone to find something perfect for them. I invite you to try multiple classes until you find the perfect fit.
