Tai Chi Chuan — The soft flowing motion of Tai Chi are both a health giving exercise and the foundation for a very powerful Martial Art. Recent studies show Tai Chi to be a wonderful form of low-impact light aerobic exercise that benefits body, mind, and spirit. Clinical studies have shown that practitioners of Tai Chi experience an improvement in circulation, mood, range of motion, balance, and a host of other benefits.

All-level class, designed to get us out of the studio to enjoy time with friends and family. Let's Listen to music, have a bit to eat after some serious Bending and Sipping!

$20 buys you a glass of wine and class. If you do not drink alcoholic beverages, we will be hand-mixing a refreshing Mocktail!!

This class is for anyone new or at a beginner level of Aerial yoga. This practice employs a fabric hammock to enhance and deepen traditional yoga postures. Our aerial classes are designed to get you acquainted with the fabric hammock and explore all that it has to offer while having some serious fun. The practice may include inversions to decompress the spine and stimulate the flow of blood and fluids, strength and balancing poses to tone the muscles, and restorative poses to soothe the nervous system and quiet the mind.
