Singing Bowls

I have introduced singing bowls into all my current classes. Since all classes are 75 minutes,  we are allowed the benefit of a breath and relaxation to start and a wonderful Savasana at the end.  After being exposed to the bowls, I fell in love and wanted to share with all my clients.  When I started to play them, I could see a couple of people peeking to see if it was me or my music.  The feedback has all been positive and some have said that my classes bring a different level of spirituality to them. 

Calm atmosphere

Singing bowls enhance a soothing environment which is a crucial element during meditation. The tranquil and melodic tones from the bowl have the power to elevate your spirits and instill a profound sense of peace & tranquility.

This proves particularly beneficial when transitioning to a meditative state, enabling you to immerse yourself in the present moment without external distractions.

Concentration 

The serene sounds produced by playing a singing bowl also aid in fostering heightened concentration on the current task. 

Relieve stress and anxiety

The benefits include alleviating stress and releasing lingering physical or mental tension. This, in turn, promotes a heightened state of relaxation and ease to concentrate on your practice.
